Speed work was on the menu tonight. I ran over to Kezar and did 8 reps for 30 seconds then rest for 3/4 of a lap. Not much of a course or path to follow, just an intense heart workout using quick bursts of stress or exertion.

While why legs and feet feel good I am more tired after doing this than after most runs.
